The property and its preserved history is beautiful. The service, as always with Four Seasons, was impeccable.. Even upon a mixup with our reservation, guest services did their best to reconcile the situation. We would gladly recommend this property to friends and family who wish to visit Florence! Absolutely gorgeous property. From the warm welcome by the GM to the fabulous cuisine and service The FS Florence is simply perfect .

Very nice hotel, we got a nicer room during our stay. We paid for an upgrade at check in. Service overall is very good. Michelin star restaurant was very good but not great. Spa was great. Concierge desk is just great. We got some extra equipment (water cooker plus tea) in the room which was removed every day and had to be reordered again and again. Service in bar was Ok. Some staff was outstanding, some staff Ok. Overall very good experience.
